  • Do you accept returns?
    We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions: - The return or exchange request is made within 21 days of delivery - The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request To ask for a return, please send us an inquiry.
  • Are returns free?
    We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any carrier/delivery service fault. All Purchasers are responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • How long does it take to process a return?
    Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package. The exchange credit will then be issued.
  • What is the status of my order?
    Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
  • Can I change my order?
    We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet since we prepare orders on special demands. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please send in an inquiry HERE within 1-2 days.

    We currently ship only in the United States.

    Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2-5 business days to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days.

  • What would I do if I never received my order?
    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! In case you never received your order, please contact enheritanceinfo@gmail.com Note: If the tracking information states an order was delivered. We will not take responsibility and reordering plus reshipping is at your expense.

    If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your carrier's office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
