For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If you never received your order, please contact enheritanceinfo@gmail.com. Note: If the tracking information states that the order was delivered, we will not be responsible, and reordering plus reshipping will be at your expense.

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your carrier's office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
